Turbett Surgical Names U.S. Sales Executive

New sales leader has more than two decades of experience, including stints at DePuy Synthes and Extremity Medical.

Turbett Surgical has added a familiar face to its management team, appointing Sean Bogle as vice president of U.S. sales.

Bogle has more than 23 years of medical device sales leadership experience from his tenure at Extremity Medical, Skeletal Dynamics, and DePuy Synthes. Over the past nine years at Turbett Surgical, he has focused on sterile processing and built a strong record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

“I am extremely excited to have Sean assume this leadership role at Turbett Surgical,” Turbett Surgical Chief Commercial Officer Bill Gerety said. “As we enter our next phase of growth, Sean’s deep understanding of our market, surgical and sterile processing department partners, and strategic approach to customer success will be invaluable.”

In his new role, Bogle will oversee all U.S. sales operations, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with partners, and scale the sales organization to meet increasing customer demand.

“Building this company’s sales organization from the ground up has been the defining work of the last nine years. I am thrilled to step into this role alongside our new CEO, CCO, and executive team,” Bogle stated. “With J.P. Morgan’s backing, we are perfectly positioned to build on our momentum, align our sales strategy with our expanded strategic direction, and capture the immense opportunity ahead. I am completely energized to lead our sales force into this next chapter of accelerated growth.”
